    Contest Rules:

    • To be eligible to enter the contest and win a prize, you must:
      • Be at least 18 years old
      • Correctly answer the skill testing question.
      • Fill out the entire form above and attach a screenshot of your Home Depot product review.
    • How to enter the contest:
      • Complete the form above.
      • Agree to these contest rules by checking the box below.
      • Click ‘Submit’ at the bottom of this page. This is the sole method to enter the contest.
    • Cut-off date: The deadline for contest entries is 11:59 p.m. EST on December 31st, 2024.
    • Prize allocation method: One (1) winner will be randomly chosen. The winner will be contacted via email to provide their postal address for gift card delivery.
    • Prize description and value: The prize is one (1) $250 Home Depot gift card.
    • Winner announcement: The winner will be announced on this page one month after the contest's completion. Additionally, the winner will be privately contacted via email.
    • Notification method: Winners will be contacted via email to claim their prize.
    • Gift card delivery: Upon receiving the winner's postal address, we will mail the gift card.
    • Winner selection: A randomizer will select the winner from all valid entries following the rules stated in this disclaimer.
    • Exclusion: Employees of Creative Surfaces and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate in this contest.
    • Dispute resolution: Any disputes regarding the conduct or organization of the contest may be referred to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for resolution. Any disputes regarding prize allocation may be referred to the board solely for the purpose of facilitating a settlement.
    • Skill testing requirement: Participants must correctly solve the skill testing mathematical question (2 x 4) + (10 x 3) to qualify for the prize.
