It details how we collect, store, and use their information. Entities representing “Creative Surfaces” are also addressed as “CreativeSurfaces.ca”, “we”, “us”, and “our” all as appropriate.
Creative Surfaces offers stylish and high quality products for our customers’ homes. This privacy policy applies to all those who visit or purchase from us through our website, communicate with us by email, or visit or engage with us on our social media platforms. CreativeSurfaces.ca is the official website representing our brand while our social media platforms include our pages on Facebook and Instagram.
Our policy focuses on the collection, storage and use of the information that identifies you as well as the pseudonymous information that allows us to track user behaviour on our website. COMMUNICATION PREFERENCES
After an online purchase, we may send you a survey to ask you about your shopping experience with us or marketing emails to let you know about our new products and promotions. To opt out of these marketing emails, you may click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. You will then no longer receive our emails.
Should you choose to opt-out of our marketing emails, we will still communicate with you for transactional and informational purposes. Such instances may be regarding your purchase, your request for flooring samples, your questions sent to us by email or through our contact form.

DO NOT TRACK SIGNAL DISCLOSURE
‘Do Not Track’ (“DNT”) technology was recently developed to allow consumers to choose whether or not entities could collect information about their browsing activities. You may access this option through your browser’s settings. When the DNT signal is turned on, the given browser sends a message to the website not to track the user. Please note, Creative Surfaces currently does not recognize or respond to DNT signals over time and across third party websites.
